Create WPF UI using Expression Blend

I need someone who has many years of experience to create WPF UI application using Expression Blend and XAML.
I only need the UI side of things designing and no code behind.
The UI pages must flow to the correct pages when a button is clicked etc.
A Sketch of each UI Page will be provided in a pdf format. There are no complicated controls on the UI. Most of them are. Labels, Text boxes, Buttons, Grids and Panels etc.
This PDF is a guideline of the elements required in the WPF. As for the look and feel it will be upto the person who wins the bid to use their artistic license and experience to create something that looks great.
There are approx 30 UI Pages to create. There are several that are just templates used in different pages.
