Logo design for new software product

Job Description:
We are about to start selling a new Product Information Management software package called DataDQ, This is software that manages all aspectsof product data and provide features to transform data and communicate product data through multiple channels. We are a data quality, transformation and data management software provider. The logo should communicate a synergy of components working together. DataDQ is a collection of software features that all work together for the end purpose of having managed quality data. Think of a product life cycle. I did attach some designs to give you an idea but keep in mind the image must be unique and cannot be an image that is already being used. Please do a google search on your image.
The logo must have the product name and company name in it.

Company Name - Intelligent Data Management Solutions
The formats I need:

The sizes at a miniumn I need (also need a transparent background included)
