Convert .psd Logo to Vector

Need a logo that is currently in .psd format converted to Vector. Need two versions created in Vector format...one with the tag line and one without the tagline. Examples of each are attached in .jpg format. Our .psd file is too large for the site's upload feature so will have to be emailed once the bidding and selection process is completed. We will want our in-house artist to review for accuracy prior to acceptance and payment. Our first review of conversion should come within 24 hours (1 business day) of Freelancer selection. Total budget is $30 - $50.
