Convert plaid .jpg to .svg

Hello, I Looked at your link. Do you need this for anything specific, or do you just need the svg? I just want to get an idea of the vector format you are looking for. I am a freelancer with my degree in Computer Animation, and I am also certified in Adobe Photoshop. Attached in the private message is a sample of my work for your consideration.
