Bakery Logo and Banner

I have a Gluten-free bakery that I am trying to design a logo for. I am trying to keep the idea young and kind of hip to reacha younger crowd. The business is focused on allergen friendly baked goods that are made with local goods and we are a green business. Also straight edge, so nothing drug related pleeease. My business focuses on special occasion cakes like high-end sculpted/3d cakes (think Cake Boss or Ace of Cakes) and wedding cakes. You can see examples here: [login to view URL] I would like the logo to include the cakeshop name and ideal be something "punk-ish." Originally when I named the business I had this Lori Petty, ala Tank Girl idea in my head or Tank Girl graphic novel and just don't have the graphic design equipment to be able to pull it off any longer. I have a few Tank Girl images just for a frame of references, but really I am looking for a "punk" idea, maybe a profile, even a profile silhouette (punk spiked hair or something like that) and a teired cake in the background... for example.
