A background design with 3D elements

Hi Friends I am looking for a design as the attached “[login to view URL]” 1) A golden colored 3D-logo should be in a dark cherry-red sphere surface. 2) Light emerges from the back of the sphere and spreads towards top. 3) The icons in “[login to view URL]” embed in 3D pellets should spread towards upwards 4) The size of the 3D pellets (engraved with IT service icons) vary from small to large as shown in the hand drawn concept. 5) There is a side bar on the left side where we can write, I need a red ribbon tip to put the website name. 6) The back page has more write-ups so the background is our imagination. I can give vectors of my logo, vectors of IT service icons to the provider whom I shortlist and the contents. Thank you.
