A client wants a composition like the attached photo "[url removed, login to view]" in vector format, except the building using the attached photo.
He did his vision quickly and he wants to be realized in a much better way, but keeping a little but abstract (not everything should be drawn very obviously)
His idea is how the building is close to the PORT & can be easily reached from the port.
Required size is around 6m by 2.5 m
I am posting this to see more or less how much this will cost to do first and take a decision to choose a freelancer.

You can use stock vector files as long as it fits well.
Not a very detailed composition is required, nothing too fancy.
