Collaterals for a startup business

I'm an Indian expat who has worked in presales role in Canada for one of the Indian IT companies. While I have created several proposals and presentations for my company that have been instrumental in winning us projects of hundreds of thousands of dollars, I have limited exposure to building pitches for investors. I am willing to charge you a lower rate in return for an opportunity to work on such a project. I've indicated 30 days and I am not sure how much time you have to build this and where we are in the whole process. Lastly,having worked with Indian colleagues I am certain we can find overlaps in terms of times to discuss this over Skype or chat on Freelancer.
