Design Vivid HD Cartoon Banners

Hi,
I've recently started a design website and need three 1920 x 1080 banners for the front page slider. Rather than run of the mill pictures, I'm looking for someone who has the artistic ability to create a cartoon/sketch banner in high definition which I'll use instead. It's important that the work is original and not cookie cutter, so I understand if the quotes are at the higher end of the spectrum.
These banners need to tell a story, kind of like a western cartoon town with each of the services featured on buildings or on the side of a cart etc. That could be one banner, while another could contain a caricature team of people (i.e. designers), while another could be more general such as an advert banner for what our designers can do - transform your website sort of thing. I know this is vague, but of course I can discuss this with the winning bidder(s). The banners need to be vivid, clear and creative.
The winning bidder(s) will receive ongoing work. It's important that those applying have a natural talent with a pencil and can bring ideas to life in digital format too.
