Custom Animated Emoticon for a Forum

Hi there, Looking for someone to make an animated emoticon for use in a forum. I would like the emoticon to be similar in look and size in the attached examples. Design: I would like to have a "regular sized (adult)" emoticon sitting in a chair (including stick figure legs/arms/hands) then continuously hurling/flinging/throwing emoticon "babies" (essentially tiny emoticons, also with stick figure legs/arms/hands) to the front of them, with the thrown babies disappearing through the border of the image. So the final image should be similar in size/length to the "[login to view URL]" attached in this project. Basically, the act of "throwing babies" is sort of an "inside joke meme" on the forum and basically is an emote that conveys great appreciation for a musical performance--like throwing roses onto a stage after a stellar performance by the artist. I'd do this project myself but I don't have any experience in creating animated graphics.
