Create an ajax chatroom for our website

hey fellas, We are currently working on one of our website. Getting into the point, this asp.net website is kind of social network and highly dependable on the backend SQL database. Each member got a unique ID in database. All you have to do is just make an AJAX chatroom (kind of facebook chat) for the members with some constraints. This chatroom is open for all. User can select its username and an Avatar. After logging in the chartoom opens displaying online users in the right section. This is open chatroom. NOW, if user clicks any of the user online then new chat-window opens up where user can personally message him. Moreover, The whole chatroom has one button to create new chatrooms (where he can add the people as a group-chat). All the chats are erasable (with some special admin (satisfying some criteria of course). While ligging into chatroom user can command).Users can send smileys and pics on chat. PM me for more info.
