We need a small website created using the Google App engine and script. It is basically a production tracker where clients can enter orders using a simple portal either one at a time or in bulk. Then production will need to see this data and update various fields in this data as production moves through the process. I between we will need to trigger some notifications based on the assignments in the tracker. Users must be able to upload files that will be stored in Drive. There will be 4 different views of the data based on the department that is accessing the database.
