Advanced Flash Designer (adv. effects/actionscript)

We are building a flash site that requires: 1. Advanced actionscript 2. Secure login scripts 3. Advanced animation effects 4. Currently we don’t have more details about the site, other than the budget of $1000 and that it may contain around 10 pages or so. We will discuss those details with the winning bidder and negotiate the final price for the project based on the final requirements. We just need to identify the right person so that when everything is ready they can start right away.
