Adjustmenst for Flash site / Flash script expert

Hello, I need for my Flash site (CS4, ActionScript v2) [login to view URL] 2 adjustments as following: 1./ All text buttons (color 150,150,150) at the "main menu" and "info submenu" should when clicked and current get the color 80,80,80. Then when un-current text color should be back to 150,150,150. 2./ All content should be resized and centred on browser window change like here = [login to view URL] I will send all .fla and other necessary files.
