I need to create a Japanese language e-commerce website based on an English website ([login to view URL]) The Japanese site will be the localized version of the English site (mainly same as English website) and it will be based on flash. I will provide the Japanese text, so your task does not include translations. I need a basic shopping cart using any kind of CMS using zen cart or something similar. I will award the lowest bidder.
