Custom XML driven FLV player with categories needed

I need a FLV player designing and building that will look and function very similar to a u s t i n d e n t a l s p a . c o m / v i d e o / i n d e x . h t m l or s u n s t o n e d e n t a l . c o m / v i d e o we basically need a player that is easy to add new FLV files to is customisable and has categories and then w with than category the sunstone player above is the better of the 2. I have some example FLV files for you to use please shoe examples of previos work
