121531 flash - scrolls right & left

At the bottom of this web page, there is a graphic image of business cards and logos: [login to view URL] It is in the section for "Corporate Sponsors" at the very bottom. It has 3 speeds, depending on where you put your mouse. Middle, a little to the right, and far left. (Also little to the left, and far left). Slow speed, medium speed and fast speed. I'm creating the business card logos right now. Part of that file is saved with this project listing. (I'll update it within the hour). I dont know how to use Flash, but will be starting to learn it. Looking to subcontract to someone who can (1) take my graphic and make it to the scroll left and right part. (2) provide me with instructions of how I can do this in Flash on my own.
