create a contact database using filemaker pro12

I run a very small company. I need a database created using filemaker pro 12 that will keep my client data for billing, the type of sign they own, their sign information such as manufacturer (model) size, type of sign and type of files they need..example : .avi, mp4, jpg. this should not be hard I just do not have time to learn it nor create it. I wold like it to be able to generate reports or be able to extract data to do email blasts using mail chimp or similar. If this works will we we go into a 2nd phase with more options once this is completed.
We create animations for l.e.d. electronic signs that businesses use to advertise their business. Mom and pops types. We also offer monthly programming service where we log on to their signs and create their content and update signs remotely.
so I need to know client info, their sign manufacturer, sign type, size. Place for notes. Pretty simple to start out.
I am fine with using the free started edition of contact manager for this and just adding to it to make it faster and easier for you.
