We are Business Brokers. We sell transportation businesses. I want a professional with minimum 5 years administrative and/or executive experience. This individual would insure that the deal process is completed on time and correctly handling some steps personally and coordinating with other individuals or vendors to insure listings are completed to closing and post closing of the transaction. Excellent communication skills telephone, email, in person. can be located anywhere. Must speak English clearly without any question of understanding. Work hours are flexible dictated by the deal itself and need to meet the process schedule and client expectations. There is a lot of telephone interaction with clients, attorneys, accounts and buyers. Will need to post on internet listing services. Prepare Teasers. File information collected in fashion to be easily retrieved in our file system. Must be willing and able to adapt to the dictates of the deal and our sellers and buyers.
