I need a code for VBA in Microsoft Excel 2013 using Macro to translate cells i chose in a column

*Chose cells in a column to translate from cell to cell

*Chose Language from to using language code like 'en' 'sv'

* It should be able to translate text that is in html tags like in my case product description

*Chose between Googles or Microsofts translation

*Macro to repeat the same process in all cells in the column

i already did find VBA code that does this translation, but the only problem with it is that it can only handle text and not text in html tags
