I want a growth model & formula(s) provided in Excel. This model is intended to help me experiment with potential growth scenarios for a new social app that spreads by users sharing the app with others. I want it to assume the following variable which should be changeable:
1. Each new user will get familiar enough with the service within a week to invite 3 new users.
2. Each user should invite an additional 3 users per month on average after their first week.
3. 12% of invited users do nothing
4. 4% of users will leave the service or go inactive each month (Churn value)
5. Each user will invite a maximum of 20 users over time so their contributions to growth are capped.
You're spreadsheet and formulas will need to include detailed explanations so I fully understand all parts of the model.
