Job Profile of a Customer Care Executive The appropriate female candidate is one who should posses basic skill sets and having following traits: 1. A bachelor's degree / English medium Senior Secondary education having good understanding of English speaking language. 2. Must be familiar with working knowledge of operations on Microsoft Excel, Word and Internet surfing. 3. Familiar with the workings on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. 4. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. 5. Works under immediate supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Major Job responsibilities would include: 1. Order Verification: Responding to customer inquiries regarding orders, billing/pricing inquiries and Products specifications. 2. Documenting customer complaints reports in complaint ticketing system and escalates according to established standard operating procedures. 3. Reviews orders, contact customers to clarify orders, addresses etc ensuring all necessary information is included and record the corrections if any. 4. Keeping an eye at all the times on exception reports and emails sent by courier companies in relation to deficiencies in Orders. Contacting the customer / courier companies and writing mails to them in handling the case for effective delivery. 5. Quality check on the products at the time of packing and supporting the team. 6. Preparing daily MIS and circulating the same in the desired format to the management regularly. 7. Calling daily to few customers and noting down their reviews relating to products bought by them, as per standard operating procedures. 8. Managing and responding customers on their live chatting on products and messages on Facebook.
