Creating a Theme for Microsoft Office 2011 for MAC

I have a new company and would like to create a custom Themes and Styles to fit the new company's design.
I have the fonts I want to use, and details about the colors used in the logo.
The Style should work in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
I should be able to circulate the theme and styles to the other employees in my company so we can all be using the same themes and styles.
There are probably easier ways to do this in 2011 but I did find that in the 2007 version you needed to use XML:
