Convert word documents to excel - repost

We need 13 documents converted from word to excel. All of the documents are one page, except for one document that is two pages. There is one document attached for a sample. The converted excel document should look very similar to the word document with consistent formatting between all the documents. Please take care to ensure all the spelling and numbers are correct. Please keep the formatting simple and straight forward so it's easy to edit in the future. Thank you!
