I have built similar excel based programming templates for a US mortage auditing company for internal use at their company.

I do not quite understand the rationale behind building it in Excel first and then convert to code, but your requirements sound quite straight forward. Need to clarify a few things though: Mortgage Calculator: Easy. Home buying and selling calculator: Easy. But gets complicated if overseas buyers need to be considered due to stamp duty. Buying power: Different banks calculate it different, so you need to provide the rules Loan comparison: Need some more info on that. Thanks & Regards, Cary
