Academic research - Case study into the use of freelance marketplaces - survey or interview

I would like to invite you to take part in an academic research project. I am currently conducting a case study into the use of freelance marketplaces such as freelancer.com and hope that you will share your expertise in this regard with me. The main point of the case study is the employer’s motivation in using freelance marketplaces as well as possible success factors in the relationship between employer and freelancer. The case study is part of my bachelor thesis at the Georg-August-University in Goettingen, Germany. The thesis is titled “IT-Outsourcing to a Virtual Global Workforce”. In regard to this I would like to ask you to participate in a short online interview. The interview will not take more than 30 minutes – in all likelihood considerably less. In addition I have prepared a survey. The survey consists of only 18 short questions and it should not take up much of your time, if you decide to participate in it.
