Greetings: Thank you for the opportunity to bid on your project. I started my career building PLC controls systems for local machine builders. My responsibilities included selecting the sensors, motors, pneumatic actuators, control cabinets and alarm systems. Each project was delivered with a full set of documentation including a bill of materials, schematic diagram and technical data sheets for purchased components. I have considerable expertise writing ladder logic. Eventually I became interested in Machine Vision Inspection. My Inspection Machines utilized a passive backplane that allowed for processors, motion cards, I/O cards and Ethernet cards to be selected for each project as compared to "one size fits all" approach. In addition, each control system utilized a flat panel touch screen. Selecting and Integrating a touch screen, motion control, brushless motors, linear motors and discreet I/O to a PLC are tasks that I enjoy and have done many times. Also you should know that I have deployed systems utilizing InTouch Wonderware and am proficient with that interpreted language.
