Hello There, Here is Mohamed Hussein, Process Engineer. I'd like to express my interest in your project. we have experience in process design and simulation, equipment sizing, mechanical design and cost estimation. we can offer a basic engineering design study for the powdered milk plant inducing but not limited to the following: 1- Process description. 2- PFD (Process flow diagram). 3- Plant layout 4- List of equipment. 5- Equipment sizing and specification sheet. 6- List of equipment vendors/suppliers/turn key solution provider. 7- Costing data. we have worked on such projects before: one for a Lactose/whey protein plant from whey and the other one was for dried yeast. Regards your project: we have the experience in milk concentration equipment whether evaporators or (UF/NF) membranes along with the detailed knowledge for the spray drying process as we have designed a small scale detergents spray dryer before.
