Create Directory From Phone Book Listings

I am looking for a programmer to help me extract contact information for professionals from online phone directories and then collate the records in a database. Then I want to use that information in the database to make directory listings on a Wordpress blog. The directory will be organzied using categories and subcategories within Wordpress, unless you know a better way to do it. This is not autoblogging or anything like that, The pages will be created all at once. So if there are 3,000 records collected from a directory, 3,000 pages would be created on the blog all at once. This is for US records only, I need the records sorted by state and then by major cities, and alphabetically after that. I can show you the phone directory I want to use and the search parameters. I can also show you a sample post the way I want the listings to end up looking.
