Hi, If my understanding of this project is correct, you would like to design and manufacture a PCB similar to the one on the linked webpage? and write code to use it with an Arduino nano or similar? I am an electronics engineer so I can make an electronic system like this project. I understand you need a Li-Fi but I would like to know what kind of data you need to send with this system (files, audio, music, text...) and what kind of light do you need to use? because we can use IR or laser.... for that, we will develop a sender software , the device Arduino Nano (or other depending on your choice) based transmitter and receiver.
