I can do this for you. think its easiest to add a USB interface. I guess you are already using a PIC microcontroller. If so please let me know the part number. Also please share the existing schematic, BOM., firmware if any along with the software package (just the name of the package) you used to create the design. I will be working with ALTIUM DESIGNER for electrical design and MPLAB IDE for firmware development / updation. Are you looking for just one prototype board ? My current bid is for the design and any additional manufacturing cost I incur for the prototype build shall be additional (to the extend charged by the PCB vendor) to the amount quoted. I will update the bid accordingly after hearing from you.

So from my side I could make a connection from PC to microcontroller and microcontroller could send a parameter to your projected side. Or do you want that I will project all the device, without changing your side ? :) What is now controlling your device ? Could we make clear vision about the project ?
