This should be a very simple micro-project. The problem is a boundary value problem for electrostatic Gauss law. No programming is needed, the project is very simple if you have a solid background in electrostatic...Read carefully before bidding...this is a micro-project. Project tasks:
1) Verify the differential equation solution i.e. equation 3 in attachment for Laplace electrostatic (can be found in standard electrostatic books)
2) Coordinate transformation of equation 3 in the attachment (Harmonic polynomial transformation). I have started few steps in the coordinate transformation using polar vectors. See how coordinate transformation for a complicated function like Hankel ... there might be an already existing solution for harmonic polynomial!
3) If an electrode is connected to the middle layer i.e. the electric potential is symmetric (the same value) how to deal with this
