Automate editing and new reference addition to ON Line reference maker(repost)(repost)

I have a reference or citation wizard for students at [url removed, login to view]

To add a new reference wizard I have to alter 4 files by hand. To edit I usually need to alter the details of 1 file.

So I have a project that involves 1) automating editing existing references and 2) changing the order of reference links and adding new references.

The four files are:

1. Data.php------------- holds the information for each form. The $" " e.g $book is the key used to follow each reference

2. [url removed, login to view] ----------------lists the $ values as cases and controls everything

e.g. case "bookOneEditor":

$gen = new FormGen($bookOneEditor);

echo $gen->formData();

3. [url removed, login to view] -------------- holds the uRLs to locate the forms

4. formdo.php------------------- turns the data in [url removed, login to view] into formatted text

This file is critical to getting spacing, punctuation and italics correct.

Because the application is on the web I will need a simple admin panel to login securely to the application.
