About myself: The author is a retired teacher in Ealing, U.K. who is also a self-publisher and writes mainly for primary age children. In 1990 she was the first Somali teacher in the London Borough of Ealing teaching EAL (English As An Additional Language) from nursery through high school. Realizing the need to develop resources for the early EAL pupils she has produced curriculum linked bilingual books for schools ranging from dictionary, traditional games and short stories.
What you intend to use the project for:
This collection of `Hobeheey, hobeheey lullabies depicting mostly familiar rhymes and beautifully illustrated to give added visual pleasure, will hopefully become a book that gets well researched, used and loved by parents, children and scholars.
Furthermore, these specially chosen and carefully translated baby lullabies will allow us to appreciate the long ago memories it brings to life and offer an enduring collection of traditional lullabies
When you expect the project to be delivered:
The author has to present the above mentioned book at an Event for authors and has to get it ready before the end of this month. Therefore it is indispensable to get someone who is swift and capable to do a good job in such a short notice. A literal translation has already been done but there is a need for proof reading, or re-writing and editing whichever is seen as necessary..
