I have been reviewing 10.000+ resumes and created 500+ in my career. I've done overhaul of 18 Linked in profiles so far, working on the 19th.
I do a research for the profile before starting. I check what are the trends and what is required now. Then i create drafts of the profile summary (about 200 words, depends) and then the skills part, based on the research as well.
The REsume and social media content should be in same style and content.
I am conducting interviews and do Talent Aq. I know what HR managers and head hunters want to see in resume and what to be avoided. I follow latest trends and i take a personal approach on every resume. I dont do just simple. I do best fit approach. Can be simple but it will also be with the most impact.
I am a certified CEFE International trainer on the topic of Employability where one of the subject is Resume and How to make it work, where best practices and how to create one are covered among other areas.
