Dear Sir / Madam I am much interested to start working on this project. I am optimistic that you would be satisfied at my skill, experience and qualification having a look at my sample work or direct interview via message, chat or Skype. I take special care in maintaining my writing style. But please be informed that I am an assistant professor of English at a University College where I have been teaching English over two decades. Furthermore, my typing skill and accuracy is really high. As regards style of writing, I would like to focus on just one aspect of writing that is style. In the matter of writing, we frequently come across a word 'style'. We know a good writer endeavors to let others know what a writer thinks feels and sees on the panorama of life, but the mode of expressing a feeling, thought or idea differs from person to person. This different is what is called style. Furthermore we have to maintain clarity, logic, grammatical appropriateness, precision, simplicity, brevity, impressiveness, picturesqueness, melody, harmony, euphemism, mannerism, tautology, pleonasm, verbosity, prolixity and a lot more. I am sorry for elaborate writing because I don't have any alternative right at this moment make you feel who I am and what is my overall capability. Yet, on earth we know actually nothing. We are just swimming in the ocean of knowledge. That’s why, a writer said, "Those blooming youth who have a desire to have a bath in the sunshine of English literature, but does not know how". Finally, I would like to sate that I have not yet taken some important Exams. However, I will take exams, indeed in due course. Thanks. I opt for a long term working relationship with you.
