Convert static Bootstrap-template based site to Drupal 8.
I have a simple, static Bootstrap template website and I want it converted pixel-identically to Drupal. The site has a total of about 25 pages. Here are the details:

All listings on the home pages should be view-based and the site should have a good admin menu making basic content adding and editing easy and simple. The existing content from these first few pages should be added to the new site.
