Add Share via SMS to Drupal Install

I need a drupal expert to add a small box below the videos on my drupal install that will say "share via sms" and give them a field to place their name and then their friends phone number. When they hit 'share' it will send an sms to their friends phone with a message (must be configurable from the backend) that would say something like: "{friend name}, wanted to share this video with you! {video url}" If you're able to use this drupal mod: [login to view URL] To complete this project or any other public drupal mod, you're more than welcome, I just need it to function as I've detailed above.
