Delphi 2010/Fibplus/Firebird - sync contacts to MS Outlook

I have a Firedbird / Delphi 2010 / Fibplus project and would like to implement a function to synchronize records on the database with MS Outlook 2010. Sync must work in both directions. If data has changed on the database then the program should override the data in Outlook. If data has been changed in Outlook then override data in the database. Need to sync key fields like contact Name, Phone, email etc. Will send details. WIll prefer bidders who can send working demo program.
