Command Line build implementation for Turbo Delphi 6

Hi We have very old project written in Turbo Delphi [login to view URL] compiles ok in IDE. As a part of modernization effort we are implementing automatic builds which require Turbo Delphi project to be compiled from command line. We need to solve the situation in one of 2 ways. 1) Configure environment so [login to view URL] will build the project. 2) Migrate existing project to newer version of Delphi, one that uses msbuild preferably. We will provide you with remote access connection to build server with project already installed. We expect to receive document that describes step-by-step process of the implementation of the command line build, list of software that we have to install along with links to sites were we can download or purchase missing software.
