Database that is started needs completion in Filemaker Pro for non profit to track participants at events and donors. Need standard reports set up and some training for two people to know how to use those reports to get needed info

Necessary Outcomes: • A Filemaker Pro database which can capture contact information, completion of teachings and other events, participation in practice support programs and offerings of effort for each person connected with Iron Knot Ranch. • A list of standard naming conventions for each field. • A set of basic reports for use in planning and communication purposes including the ability to easily extract customized email distribution lists for import into email contact software. Consultant will work with: • Susan Hubbard –IKR Organization Development Custodian (consultant contract management) • Barbara Bessey – BPI Custodian (design of necessary fields and reports) • Mali Lorenz – IKR Database Coordinator (current status and overall design) • Lama Shenpen – IKR Founder and President (overall approver of project and design of reports) Project Time Line: • Actual timeline and milestones to be developed with consultant by March 1, 2016 • Database design and development be completed by June 2016 Current State of Database: • Filemaker Pro 14 purchased and installed on two computers (one on-ranch, one off) • Cloud-based hosting service purchased • High level design of contact information fields complete with participant data imported from previous version of Filemaker • Some event participation fields established and some data imported from previous database NEEDED • Other events and participation fields still need to be established and data imported or entered • Standard naming conventions need to be documented for each field • Standard reports need to be developed and appropriate people trained to run them
