I am a chemical engineer with more that 20 years experience in process & simulation techniques for environmental science. EPA's AERMOD standard program should be used? Is some user interface required, like weblakes? Thanks

Hi, I’m software and database developer with more than 30 years experience. The past 20 years I was fulltime employed (in-situ) by two international organizations; the Inter-American Tropical Tuna Commission (San Diego, CA,USA) and the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations (Victoria, Seychelles). I'm currently retired, doing some freelancing to stay busy and up-to-date. I'm think II can help with your project. In addition to my capabilities as a software developer, I also have graduate studies in Physical Oceanography, so I understand well the diffusion and transport processes involved. I also have some experience with AERMOD, although I would not consider myself an expert. I used it to help model the dispersion of residues from a cement plant here, in Venezuela. As you may already know, the critical issue for AERMOD is the data (wind vectors, temperature, Bowen ratio, topography/surface roughness, Albedo).
