Convert the pdf files into MS Word and MS Excel - repost 2

I have few scanned PDF files. Some of them have data in numeric form and records which I need to convert into MS Excel. Other PDF files contains the text records which are in paragraphs. I require them to be typed into MS Word which can be in editable form. Each PDF file may contain an average of 40 pages. And I have 10 such files. I want you to get this work done. It is time consuming but easy. 100% accuracy is a must and the files must be well formatted. I would like to see the sample work if you have. That can increase your chances of being selected.
