I need someone to quickly rewrite/edit very poorly/quickly typed text that has been entered into an excel spread sheet.
The text will need to be spell checked then edited so as to roughly make sense. The text does not need to read well or be in correct sentences but should make some sense.
Essentially the text is from a series of interviews. Answers were roughly typed into the excel file but very poorly. I just need the 'sense' of the answers needs to come over so that the overall meaning of gist of what was said comes across and also so that some quotes can be taken from it.
It requires a reasonable level of UK English and common sense. This job would suit an efficient worker with good English but who is pragmatic in their approach and realises that the function of the work is to rescue incredibly poor typing and to convey topline meaning rather than an editor who wants to produce perfect prose. Its about doing just enough and not too much. I would like to hire them for an hour or so to see how they get on and then pass the job on to them to finish.
I don't require a serious/lengthy proposal but evidence of experience and an efficient, results focused, practical mind please.Get free quotes for a project like this
