EXPERIENCE 2 : Admin Assistant my duties are Typing documents, Updating & maintain the holiday, absence and training records of staff , Creating and modifying documents using Microsoft Office & Excel, Updating, processing and filing of all documents.
EXPERIENCE 3: Office Staff my duties are Handle large amounts of paperwork and data, Work within a busy office environment, and support office teams in order to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities. Provide accurate administration of all paperwork generated at Office level. Coordinating and communicating social activities for the Office staff.
