Data Entry - Excel to Web

I want to get data transfered from excel sheet to forms on the web. There are around 475 data entries with 14 fields. The fields are simple like Title, Description, URL, etc. Data needs to be copied from excel and pasted in the online form one at a time. Some of the fields would have to be copied directly from other website and pasted. The project also requires freelancer to create 3 accounts each in 4 sites and bookmarks the entry.
