Creating a CRM Specific to the Business

We are looking to create a CRM for our unique business.
In a nutshell, we find funding for start ups through our repository of investors.
I have all the tabs ready, I just need someone to link them.
The idea is that we will have all of the contact details in tab for and the last tab will be a drop down menu which reflects the bottom sheets. These sheets will have deals. If you click on one of the items on the drop down menu the information on that row will copy itself to the deal and if you unclick it, it will delete itself. We want to be able to do this over many deals.
Each deal will have different row 1 tabs however.
