We are looking for experienced data entry personnel to help us rapidly build our database by indexing select fields located on the documents. We pay per document completed. Please bid what you would charge per document. Average data entry personnel can index 400-500 documents per 8 hour period. With our software, you can index 24 hours a day, regardless of where you live.
Please see attached images (Page 1 and Page 2) for an example of one of the documents along with field explanations.
Fields to Index:
Page # - Non-Alpha numeric page # of the first page of the document.
*First Page # - Automatically assigned the numeric value of Page # field. (Read-Only, no indexing involved.)
Last Page # - Numeric page # of the last page of the document.
Date Filed - Date document was filed at courthouse
Date Instrument - Date document was dated before being filed.
Instrument Type - Type of document
* the first page # of a document may contain a letter such as 58A. When this is the case, the Page # field would be 58A and the First Page # field would automatically assigned 58.
Grantor / Grantee Fields
Will always contain atleast 1, usually 2-5, rarely more.
