Database of skills - ideally from LinkedIn -- 2

I need a database of skills used in platforms like LinkedIn. Background is to offer users in a web platform a feature to enter skills with auto-completion and to reuse skills so that they dont use free text, which would mess up the data base. The list of skills should cover various industries, with focus on IT/technology. Ideally the skills are the same as used in LinkedIn. Minimal delivery would be a simple list with skills. If you can deliver additional attributes like industry. Or even multi-language?! Good would also be an indication of the occurrence of the skills (when LinkedIn is the source e.g. how many endorsements or appearances of the skills in total (or from the dataset taken). An alternative would be a large set of LinkedIn data (no names, email etc needed - just the skills and possibly the number of endorsements; fields like country and job title would be nice to have. With such a large set I could create the skill list on my own based on different criteria (all, or only skills used by x people or in country x). Please provide a sample what data you can deliver and make an offer of how many data sets or the amount of skills you can provide / extract (from LinkedIn, existing LinkedIn datasets or other web sources). Note: 1) Please come up with a precise offer what you deliver (sample, description of data 2) LinkedIn scrapers: Manual Linkedin scraping is too complicated for this task. I do not need fresh/specific data, so scraping 1000, 2000 profiles an a custom basis is not sufficient. Please understand that the focus is creating a skill list and not to receive profile information. Maybe you have results from former jobs where the skills were included? 3) Please see attached sheet what data would be ideal for me.
