Database of businesses in North Wales, UK for business guide website

I require an excel list of local business, tradesmen, shops, accomodation etc in North Wales for a website project. See attached excel spreadsheet for data structure required, although I would appreciate creative input on categories and sub categories if my data structture doesn't take into consideration something that I have missed or a better more locigal way of categorising each listing. Although I want to keep a simple category structure and not have too many categories Details required are:- Business Name, Category, Sub Category, Sub Category 2, Description, Services, Address 1, Address 2, Town, County, Postcode,Phone, Phone2,Fax,Email,website The fields Services and description, is not mission critcal, and I only have category, and subcategory 1 information, I have left subcategory 2 there just incase it is needed. local business directories that are relevant to this area for inspiration and ideas....
